“Jubo Srijonshil Gaibandha” Receives Official Registration from Youth Development Department
“Jubo Srijonshil Gaibandha”, a voluntary youth development organization, has officially received its registration certificate numbered JuUO/Gaibandha-98 from the Office of the Deputy Director of the Department of Youth Development, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
On Monday, 19 December, 2022 at 12:30 PM, the registration certificate was ceremoniously handed over to the organization’s president, Md. Mehedi Hasan, by Md. Mahfuzur Rahman, Deputy Director of the Gaibandha Youth Development Office.
According to Md. Mahfuzur Rahman, the organization, located in Tengorjani village of Ballomjhar Union, under Gaibandha Sadar Upazila, received its registration under Section 4 of the Youth Organization (Registration and Operation) Act, 2015 and Rule 3(4) of the Youth Organization (Registration and Operation) Rules, 2017.
It is notable that on 14 December, the registration certificate with the number JuUO/Gaibandha-98/Sadar-20/22 and serial number 12473 was officially issued and signed by the Deputy Director.
যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের নিবন্ধন পেল “যুব সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা”
গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকার কর্তৃক গাইবান্ধা যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তর উপপরিচালকের কার্যালয় থেকে যুউঅ/গাই-৯৮ নম্বরে নিবন্ধন সনদ পেল “যুব সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা”, একটি যুব উন্নয়নমূলক স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠন।
সোমবার, ১৯ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২২ দুপুর সাড়ে ১২টায়, গাইবান্ধা যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের কার্যালয়ে সংগঠনের সভাপতি মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান এর হাতে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে নিবন্ধন সনদ তুলে দেন যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের উপপরিচালক মোঃ মাহফুজার রহমান।
তিনি জানান, গাইবান্ধা সদর উপজেলার বল্লমঝাড় ইউনিয়নের টেংগরজানী গ্রামের এই সংগঠনটিকে “যুব সংগঠন (নিবন্ধন ও পরিচালনা) আইন, ২০১৫” এর ধারা-৪ এবং “যুব সংগঠন (নিবন্ধন ও পরিচালনা) বিধিমালা, ২০১৭” এর বিধি-৩(৪) এর আলোকে নিবন্ধন প্রদান করা হয়।
উল্লেখ্য, গত ১৪ ডিসেম্বর “যুব সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা” নামে নিবন্ধন নম্বর যুউঅ/গাই-৯৮/সদর-২০/২২ এবং ক্রমিক নম্বর ১২৪৭৩ এর একটি স্বাক্ষরিত নিবন্ধন সনদ প্রদান করেন উপপরিচালক মোঃ মাহফুজার রহমান।
