Umbrellas Distributed Among Traffic Police, Rovers, and Students by Srijonshil Gaibandha
On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, the voluntary organization Srijonshil Gaibandha distributed umbrellas among traffic police personnel, rovers, and student volunteers stationed at the 1 no. Traffic Point in Gaibandha town. The initiative was supported by “Shoe-Palace”.
Those receiving the umbrellas expressed gratitude, saying: “With the changing weather-sometimes scorching sun, sometimes rain—these umbrellas are a timely and much-needed support.
We’re working out of love for the country, under the guidance of District Rover Secretary Dhiresh Chandra Chakrabarty and supervision of DRSL Tamjidur Rahman.”
The President of Srijonshil Gaibandha remarked, “We are proud to stand with those who serve selflessly under sun and rain. This small gesture is a token of our appreciation.”
He further mentioned that Srijonshil Gaibandha has been actively involved in civic awareness efforts, including traffic management, cleanliness drives, and wall art projects.
ট্রাফিক পুলিশ, রোভার ও শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে ছাতা বিতরণ করলো সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা
গাইবান্ধায় ট্রাফিক পুলিশের দায়িত্বে থাকা সদস্য, রোভার স্কাউট ও শিক্ষার্থীদের মাঝে ছাতা বিতরণ করেছে সামাজিক ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠন সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা।
গতকাল মঙ্গলবার (১৩ আগস্ট, ২০২৪) সকাল ১১টায় গাইবান্ধা শহরের ১নং ট্রাফিক মোড়ে কর্মরত ট্রাফিক পুলিশ, রোভার ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবী শিক্ষার্থীদের হাতে ছাতা তুলে দেওয়া হয়। এ উদ্যোগে সহযোগিতা করে “সু-প্যালেস”।
ছাতা পেয়ে খুশি হয়ে দায়িত্বে থাকা রোভার ও শিক্ষার্থীরা বলেন: “বর্ষা মৌসুমে কখনো রোদ, কখনো বৃষ্টিতে কাজ করাটা চ্যালেঞ্জিং। এই ছাতা আমাদের জন্য দরকার ছিল, যা সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা দিয়েছে, এজন্য আমরা কৃতজ্ঞ।”
তারা আরও জানান, তারা জেলা রোভার সম্পাদক ধীরেশ চন্দ্র চক্রবর্ত্তীর নেতৃত্বে এবং ডিআরএসএল তামজিদুর রহমানের তত্ত্বাবধানে দেশপ্রেমের চেতনায় উজ্জীবিত হয়ে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন।
সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার সভাপতি বলেন, “রোদ-বৃষ্টিকে উপেক্ষা করে যাঁরা সড়কে শৃঙ্খলা রক্ষায় কাজ করছেন, তাদের পাশে দাঁড়ানো আমাদের দায়িত্ব। আমরা সবসময় ভালো কাজের পাশে আছি।”
তিনি আরও জানান, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা, ট্রাফিক নিয়ন্ত্রণ, দেয়াল চিত্রাঙ্কনসহ বিভিন্ন সচেতনতামূলক কর্মকাণ্ডেও সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা নিয়মিত কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।
