Srijonshil Gaibandha Marks Its 7th Anniversary with a Heartwarming Celebration with Underprivileged Children

One of the most active youth-led volunteer organizations in Gaibandha, Srijonshil Gaibandha, celebrated its 7th founding anniversary today (Tuesday, April 22) in a unique and meaningful way.
To mark the occasion, the organization arranged a cake-cutting and joyful gathering with underprivileged children living near the Gaibandha Railway Station. The event, held at 5 PM, featured cake, food, and a fun-filled atmosphere for the children. Members of the organization spent quality time with the kids, sharing laughter, joy, and small moments of happiness.
Since its inception in 2019, Srijonshil Gaibandha has been working on youth empowerment, women and child welfare, SRHR awareness, anti-corruption initiatives, and sustainable development across various parts of the district. Their mission is rooted in promoting humanitarian values and fostering positive social change.
Among those present were the organization’s president Md. Mehedi Hasan, organizing secretary Mehedi Hasan Antor, and members Asif, Rifat, and others.
Speaking on behalf of the organization, the members shared,
“Celebrating this day with underprivileged children gave us a sense of real joy. We are committed to continuing such humanitarian efforts in the future.”

গাইবান্ধা জেলার অন্যতম যুব উন্নয়নমূলক স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠন ‘সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা’ আজ মঙ্গলবার (২২ এপ্রিল) তাদের ৭ম বর্ষে পদার্পণ করেছে। এই উপলক্ষে সংগঠনটি আয়োজন করে এক ভিন্নধর্মী প্রতিষ্ঠাবার্ষিকী উদযাপন, যেখানে আনন্দ ভাগাভাগি করে নেওয়া হয় সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুদের সঙ্গে।
আজ বিকেল ৫টায় গাইবান্ধা রেলওয়ে স্টেশন সংলগ্ন বস্তি এলাকার শিশুদের নিয়ে কেক কাটার আয়োজন করে সংগঠনটি। শিশুদের জন্য কেক, খাবার এবং আনন্দঘন পরিবেশের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়। সংগঠনের সদস্যরা শিশুদের সঙ্গে সময় কাটান, খেলাধুলা করেন এবং তাদের মুখে হাসি ফুটিয়ে দিনটি স্মরণীয় করে তোলেন।
সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ২০১৯ সাল থেকে গাইবান্ধার বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে যুব উন্নয়ন, নারী ও শিশু কল্যাণ, এসআরএইচআর, দুর্নীতি বিরোধী সচেতনতা এবং টেকসই উন্নয়ন লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে আসছে। সংগঠনটি বরাবরই মানবিক মূল্যবোধকে প্রাধান্য দিয়ে সমাজে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আনার চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে।
অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সংগঠনের সভাপতি মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান, সাংগঠনিক সম্পাদক মেহেদী হাসান অন্তর, সদস্য আসিফ, রিফাত প্রমুখ।
সংগঠনের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়, “এই দিনটি সুবিধাবঞ্চিতদের সাথে উদযাপন করে আমরা প্রকৃত আনন্দের স্বাদ পেয়েছি। ভবিষ্যতেও এ ধরনের মানবিক উদ্যোগ অব্যাহত থাকবে।”
