Graphics Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, and logos.
- Create creative visuals for events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new design concepts.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Creativity and aesthetic sense in design.
- Interest in conveying social messages through design.
Content Writer
Responsibilities:
- Create content for websites, social media, and print media.
- Write awareness and motivational articles.
- Prepare and present descriptions of projects and events.
Requirements:
- Strong writing skills in both Bangla and English.
- Ability to research and create informative content.
- Passion for creating social impact through writing.
Video Editor
Responsibilities:
- Edit videos for events and campaigns.
- Create short videos, documentaries, and promotional videos.
- Produce engaging video content for social media.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Filmora, or other video editing tools.
- Creative use of cuts, transitions, and effects.
- Strong storytelling skills.
Social Media Moderator
Responsibilities:
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media pages.
- Schedule posts and provide regular updates.
- Manage comments, inbox, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Strong communication and quick response skills.
- Interest in promoting content and events.

- সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পোস্ট, ব্যানার, পোস্টার, ফ্লায়ার, লোগো ডিজাইন করা।
- ইভেন্ট ও ক্যাম্পেইনের জন্য ক্রিয়েটিভ ভিজ্যুয়াল তৈরি করা।
- টিমের সাথে আইডিয়া শেয়ার ও নতুন ডিজাইন কনসেপ্ট তৈরি।
যোগ্যতা:
- Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator বা অনুরূপ সফটওয়্যারে দক্ষতা।
- সৃজনশীল চিন্তা ও নকশায় নান্দনিকতা।
- ডিজাইনের মাধ্যমে সামাজিক বার্তা প্রকাশে আগ্রহ।
কনটেন্ট রাইটার
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
- ওয়েবসাইট, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ও প্রিন্ট মিডিয়ার জন্য কনটেন্ট তৈরি।
- সচেতনতামূলক ও অনুপ্রেরণামূলক লেখা প্রস্তুত।
- প্রকল্প ও ইভেন্টের বিবরণ লিখে উপস্থাপন করা।
যোগ্যতা:
- বাংলা ও ইংরেজি লেখায় দক্ষতা।
- গবেষণা করে তথ্যসমৃদ্ধ কনটেন্ট তৈরির সক্ষমতা।
- লেখার মাধ্যমে সামাজিক প্রভাব তৈরির ইচ্ছা।
ভিডিও এডিটর
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
- ইভেন্ট ও ক্যাম্পেইনের ভিডিও সম্পাদনা।
- শর্ট ভিডিও, ডকুমেন্টারি ও প্রোমো ভিডিও তৈরি।
- সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার জন্য আকর্ষণীয় ভিডিও কনটেন্ট তৈরি।
যোগ্যতা:
- Premiere Pro, Filmora বা অন্যান্য ভিডিও এডিটিং সফটওয়্যারে দক্ষতা।
- ভিডিওতে সৃজনশীল কাট, ট্রানজিশন ও ইফেক্ট ব্যবহার।
- গল্প বলার দক্ষতা (Storytelling)।
সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া মডারেটর
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
- ফেসবুক, ইনস্টাগ্রাম, লিঙ্কডইনসহ বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজ পরিচালনা।
- পোস্ট শিডিউল করা ও নিয়মিত আপডেট দেওয়া।
- কমেন্ট, ইনবক্স ও ফিডব্যাক ম্যানেজ করা।
যোগ্যতা:
- সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মের অ্যালগরিদম ও ট্রেন্ড সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।
- যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও দ্রুত রেসপন্স দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা।
- কন্টেন্ট ও ইভেন্ট প্রচারণায় আগ্রহ।
