“Capacity Strengthening and Sustainable Development of YLO’s” শীর্ষক ৫ দিনব্যাপী প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মশালা অনুষ্ঠিত হয় ২৬–৩০ আগস্ট ২০২৫ তারিখে উত্তরা, ঢাকা (BLC)-তে।
প্রশিক্ষণের মূল উদ্দেশ্য ছিল— তরুণ নেতৃত্ব ও যুব নেতৃত্ব সংগঠনগুলোর সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি, কার্যকর নেতৃত্ব গড়ে তোলা, সংগঠন পরিচালনায় স্বচ্ছতা ও দক্ষতা আনা, এবং টেকসই উন্নয়নের জন্য কৌশলগত পরিকল্পনা তৈরি করা।

পাঁচ দিনের প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা শিখেছেন সংগঠন ব্যবস্থাপনা, নীতি ও কাঠামো, স্টোরিটেলিং, প্রোজেক্ট পরিকল্পনা, সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যম ব্যবস্থাপনা, ডিজিটাল দক্ষতা, ওয়েবসাইট ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ফান্ড রেইজিং ও সোশ্যাল এন্টারপ্রাইজ মডেল নিয়ে হাতে-কলমে কাজ।

 উদ্দেশ্যসমূহ

1. যুব নেতৃত্ব সংগঠনগুলোর (YLOs) সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি ও টেকসই উন্নয়ন নিশ্চিত করা।

2. সংগঠন পরিচালনা, আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপনা ও নীতি প্রণয়ন বিষয়ে দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি।

3. স্টোরি টেলিং, প্রোজেক্ট পরিকল্পনা ও ভিশন সেটিং-এর মাধ্যমে নেতৃত্ব বিকাশ।

4. সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ও ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা অর্জন।

5. ফান্ড রেইজিং, CSR, Crowd Funding এবং Social Enterprise সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান অর্জন।

6. সংগঠনকে আরও স্বচ্ছ, কার্যকর ও টেকসই উন্নয়নের পথে এগিয়ে নেওয়া।

• SWOT বিশ্লেষণ ও নীতি প্রণয়নে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা লাভ।

• সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ম্যানেজমেন্ট, ইউটিউব চ্যানেল ও ওয়েবসাইট ডেভেলপমেন্ট শেখা।

• ফটোগ্রাফি, লোগো ডিজাইন, ব্রোশিউর তৈরি ও ক্যানভা ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা অর্জন।

• ফান্ড রেইজিং কৌশল, Donor Funding, CSR ও Social Enterprise মডেল সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।

• দলীয় কাজ, সৃজনশীলতা ও নেতৃত্ব বিকাশে আত্মবিশ্বাস বৃদ্ধি।

Executive Summary

The 5-day training workshop titled “Capacity Strengthening and Sustainable Development of YLO’s” was held from 26–30 August 2025 at Uttara, Dhaka (BLC).
The primary aim was to enhance the capacity of youth-led organizations (YLOs), strengthen effective leadership, ensure transparency in organizational management, and introduce strategic planning for sustainable development.

Throughout the five days, participants learned about organizational management, policy and governance, storytelling, project planning, social media management, digital skills, website development, fundraising, and social enterprise models through hands-on activities.

Objectives

1. Strengthen the capacity and sustainability of Youth-Led Organizations (YLOs).

2. Enhance skills in organizational management, financial systems, and policy formulation.

3. Develop leadership through storytelling, project planning, and vision setting.

4. Build capacity in digital platforms and social media management.

5. Provide knowledge on fundraising, CSR, crowd funding, and social enterprise models.

6. Ensure transparency, accountability, and sustainability in organizations.

Outcomes

• Improved organizational management and leadership capacity.

• Practical experience in SWOT analysis and policy development.

• Enhanced capacity in project planning, timeline design, and storytelling.

• Skills in social media management, YouTube channel creation, and website development.

• Gained expertise in photography, logo design, brochure making, and Canva usage.

• Knowledge of fundraising strategies, donor funding, CSR, and social enterprise models.

• Increased confidence in teamwork, creativity, and leadership development.

Recommendations

1. Continue organizing regular training for YLOs.

2. Arrange follow-up sessions on digital skills and social media.
