The office visit and handover of office equipment at Srijonshil Gaibandha have been successfully completed
Gaibandha, 25 November 2025 (Tuesday): The Station Road office of Srijonshil Gaibandha was filled with activity and enthusiasm today. In the morning, several distinguished guests visited the office to observe the organization’s various ongoing activities, assess progress, and exchange views. The visitors were Md. Khademul Islam, Assistant Director of the Gaibandha District Youth Development Department; Sufia Begum, Zonal Manager of BRAC Rangpur; Enamul Haque, Deputy Manager of BRAC Gaibandha; Masud Rana, Area Coordinator of TIB Gaibandha; and Md. Abul Hossain Mridha Sohag, Director of Gaibandha Chamber of Commerce and Industry. During the visit, the guests discussed the ongoing activities and community-based initiatives of Srijonshil Gaibandha in detail. They especially praised the organization’s initiatives related to youth development, women and child welfare, and SRHR.
Later, a formal discussion meeting was held, where participants exchanged views on the organization’s future plans, expansion strategies, and improvements for field-level activities. At the end of the meeting, several essential office items were handed over to Srijonshil Gaibandha under the RHRN2 project. The handed-over items included 1 laptop, 1 projector, 1 external hard drive, 4 hand mics, 1 microphone, 1 ceiling fan, 1 stand fan, and 1 first aid box. Additionally, there were 2 dustbins, 12 folding plastic chairs, 2 folding tables, 1 wall clock, 1 water kettle, and 1 light. These materials are expected to play an important role in making the office activities more organized and effective.
The guests expressed hope that these resources would make the organization’s activities more dynamic, strengthened, and impactful. Present on behalf of Srijonshil Gaibandha were Founder and President Md. Mehedi Hasan, Vice President Sanjida Akter, Joint General Secretary Md. Mehedi Hasan Antor, Finance Secretary Nishat Babu, members Mosiur Rahman Musha, Jannatul Minjia Tuli, Nabiul Hasan Jim, Arfiya Arjumaan, Tawhida Khondokar, and many others. The guests also provided various guidance to further strengthen the ongoing activities of the organization and assured continued support in the future.

গাইবান্ধা, ২৫ নভেম্বর ২০২৫ (মঙ্গলবার): সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা সংগঠনের স্টেশন রোডস্থ কার্যালয় আজ ব্যস্ততা ও উৎসাহে মুখর ছিল। সকালে সংগঠনটির বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম পরিদর্শন, অগ্রগতি মূল্যায়ন এবং মতবিনিময়ের উদ্দেশ্যে অফিসটি পরিদর্শন করেন গাইবান্ধা জেলা যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের সহকারী পরিচালক মোঃ খাদেমুল ইসলাম, ব্র্যাক রংপুরের জোনাল ম্যানেজার সুফিয়া বেগম, ব্র্যাক গাইবান্ধার ডেপুটি ম্যানেজার এনামুল হক, টিআইবি গাইবান্ধার এরিয়া কো-অডিনেটর মাসুদ রানা ও গাইবান্ধা চেম্বার অব কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি’র পরিচালক মোঃ আবুল হোসেন মৃধা সোহাগ। পরিদর্শনকালে অতিথিবৃন্দ সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার চলমান কার্যক্রম ও কমিউনিটি-ভিত্তিক উদ্যোগ নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেন। বিশেষ করে যুব উন্নয়ন, নারী ও শিশু কল্যাণ, এবং SRHR বিষয়ক উদ্যোগের প্রশংসা করেন তারা।
পরে একটি আনুষ্ঠানিক আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়, যেখানে সংগঠনের ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা, সম্প্রসারণ কৌশল এবং মাঠপর্যায়ের কাজের উন্নয়ন নিয়ে মতবিনিময় করা হয়। সভার শেষে RHRN2 প্রজেক্টের মাধ্যমে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার অফিসে হস্তান্তর করা হয়েছে বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনীয় সামগ্রী। এর মধ্যে ছিল ১টি ল্যাপটপ, ১টি প্রজেক্টর, ১টি এক্সটার্নাল হার্ডড্রাইভ, ৪টি হ্যান্ড মাইক, ১টি মাইক্রোফোন, ১টি সিলিং ফ্যান, ১টি স্ট্যান্ড ফ্যান এবং ১টি ফার্স্ট এইড বক্স। এছাড়া আরও ছিল ২টি ডাস্টবিন, ১২টি ফোল্ডিং প্লাস্টিক চেয়ার, ২টি ফোল্ডিং টেবিল, ১টি ওয়াল ক্লক, ১টি ওয়াটার কেটলি এবং ১টি লাইট। উপকরণগুলো অফিসের কার্যক্রমকে আরও সুসংগঠিত ও কার্যকর করতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে।
অতিথিবৃন্দ আশা প্রকাশ করেন যে এসব উপকরণ সংগঠনের কার্যক্রমকে আরও গতিশীল, শক্তিশালী এবং প্রভাববিস্তারী করবে। অনুষ্ঠানে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার পক্ষ থেকে উপস্থিত ছিলেন প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও সভাপতি মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান, সহ-সভাপতি সানজিদা আক্তার, সহ-সাধারণ সম্পাদক মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান অন্তর, অর্থ সম্পাদক নিশাত বাবু, সদস্য মশিউর রহমান মুছা, জান্নাতুল মিনজিয়া তুলি, নবিউল হাসান জিম, আরফিয়া আরজুমান, তাওহিদা খন্দকারসহ আরও অনেকে। অতিথিবৃন্দ সংগঠনের চলমান কার্যক্রমকে আরও শক্তিশালী করতে বিভিন্ন দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন এবং সার্বিক সহযোগিতা অব্যাহত রাখার আশ্বাস দেন।
