Srijonshil Gaibandha is powered by a dedicated and passionate team of youth leaders, educators, cultural activists, and community organizers who are committed to social change. The organization upholds the values of inclusion, gender equity, and volunteerism in all aspects of its human resource management.

Currently, Srijonshil Gaibandha has a team of over 65 skilled and motivated individuals, including program coordinators, field facilitators, educators, media professionals, and administrative personnel. The team is composed of both male and female members, with a growing focus on empowering young women in leadership roles.

In addition to its core team, more than 150 trained volunteers are actively engaged in various community-based activities, awareness campaigns, and emergency response efforts. These volunteers serve as the backbone of the organization, especially during events, mobilizations, and disaster response.

This dynamic human resource structure enables Srijonshil Gaibandha to maintain grassroots connectivity while ensuring professional program delivery across its operational areas.
