The Executive Committee (EC) of Srijonshil Gaibandha, under the guidance and oversight of the General Council, plays a crucial role in shaping the organization’s strategic directions. These directions are formulated based on the current context, field experiences, community needs, and legal and social frameworks to effectively steer the organization toward fulfilling its vision and mission.
The General Council is composed of 21 dedicated members, representing diverse backgrounds and expertise, while the Executive Committee consists of 7 committed individuals responsible for operational oversight.

The Executive Committee convenes bi-monthly to deliberate on organizational policies, strategic decisions, and macro-level planning.

The General Council holds a yearly general meeting, primarily to review and approve the annual work plan, performance report, strategic priorities, and the annual budget.
This structured and participatory governance model ensures transparency, accountability, and community-centered decision-making in all actions taken by Srijonshil Gaibandha.
