Srijonshil Gaibandha – Overview

Srijonshil Gaibandha is a grassroots, youth-led, and community-centered voluntary organisation established in 2019 in the Gaibandha district of northern Bangladesh. With a strong commitment to social innovation, inclusion, and empowerment, the organisation works to promote education, creativity, civic awareness, and social justice among marginalised and disadvantaged communities.

Since its inception, Srijonshil Gaibandha has become a dynamic platform for youth engagement and social transformation, driven by a vision of building a compassionate, inclusive, and progressive society. The organisation focuses on both rural and semi-urban populations and uses culture, education, and volunteerism as tools to foster long-term community change.

With a strong emphasis on equity, human dignity, and participatory development, Srijonshil Gaibandha operates through a wide range of grassroots initiatives and social campaigns in collaboration with local institutions, national networks, and development allies.
